SIM card upgrade calls

"Claimed to be from my network. Already had my address and banking number/sort code. Realised they were fake when confirmation email was from a different network! Managed to block my card and change my email password on time."

"Claimed to be from 02 offering me a new SIM as my current one is corrupt but i have an e sim"

"Offered a fake deal or upgrade. Apparently my SIM was expiring. Sounded like she was abroad. Worse still, she knew my name."

"Said they were from Tesco mobile and that my sim card was old stock and would stop working, I missed the day/date and that's when I put the phone down"

"Said my sim card would be cancelled within 24-48 hours, wanted my home address, and tried to get remote access to my email."

"Would not take no for an answer he said he was going to disconnect my number he said he was from 3 and they are sending me a new sim card as vodaphone no longer is that and am not with vodaphone so I new it was a scam"

"Called multiple times - They purported to be from Three (3) mobile and promised me a new sim card at a better rate. Also asked for a credit card number to charge a refundable £0.01p. I was duped. Cancelled credit card and Three (3) mobile picked up as a fraud as the scammer ordered anew phone on my account."

"Claimed 4G to 5G upgrade sim was being sent and wanted my email address to prove who I was. Put phone down when I refused"
