Personal details request calls

"Asked for personal info, said he was from Amazon some one has brought a i phone in my name ,told him i dont have Amazom account he said i need to go through security to stop it ,he said that i need to do what he said now ,told him no i will deal with Amazon as i know some one who works there he then hanged up."

"Claimed to be from my bank . Scam call. Caller claimed to be from my bank warning me about two "unauthorised transactions). Pretty certain it was a scam. Went to my bank to investigate. Helpful staff checked my accounts - no unauthorised transactions.If you get a call like this do not follow the caller's instructions to press 1 to cancel a transaction or 2 to speak to a "member" of the bank. Hang up and either use a different phone to contact your bank and go in person."
