"They did not identify themselves but wanted us to think they were a bank. They referred to a payment I have not made, and asked me to choose a number response to speak to the security department, A female voice. The response asked for was a single digit. I think that this is a definite scam. My bank do not make calls like this, and not from a mobile anyway."

"Asked for personal info. This caller identified himself as an employee with the security dept. of Santander Portugal with who I have an account. The tried to scam me for £900 and then said there was another dodgy withdrawal for £2800. Santander in Portugal do NOT use UK based call centre numbers and NEVER call clients. THIS NUMBER IS ONE OF SEVERAL USING THE SAME THEME. THE OTHER NUMBERS ARE 07780 040594 , 07500 369498, 07720 091776."
