I did contact them and they say they are the fraud prevention unit but they are not - they are attempting to get as much information on you as possible so they can scam you later maybe by committing identity theft. The person taking the call spoke perfect English so I did not think it was suspicious until he asked how many accounts I had at Santander and how much was in them."
