"Text appearing to be from DPD about failed delivery. I followed link, they seemed to have my address correctly, but then they asked for a small redelivery fee (69 pence) which strongly suggests a rather clever scam to get my card details"

"Had a very suspicious day of activities. Firstly in the day I found out had lots of security breaches on my personal computer from accessing my virus check website that informed me. Then I received a call after 12:31 hours on 15/04/2026 caller hung up. I answered it thinking it was important but it was an unknown number of 01182 42 9789. Then at 17:00 hours I received an Unsolicited Delivery Package from Evri which I opened. It consisted of Baking Trays with no delivery note from a company assuming a company called Jake Teague, K75 - James Watts Drive, Rochdale, OL16 4UG. I rang Evri Company up to try to speak with them about this unwanted parcel which I did not order goods. The Package came with a label typed with my Full Name and Full Address and the Jake Teague address with a Barcode. So I think it is very coincidental to have all these problems today."

"This number texted saying Dpd parcel is stuck and is held at the depot, and asking to put a dodgy website in my browser. Even though it's a UK number and the internet says it's a council number, the message had nothing to do with them and said it was DPD."

"Fake delivery notification, dangerous link."
"A text said I wasn't in for my Evri parcel and to click a link. It was a mistake as the delivery should go to a local shop, not my house. I looked at the company info and it still says 'in transit'. I also got a real Evri email later that had the right info."

"I got a text from +44 7835 85775, supposedly from evri, with this message: "EVRl: A visit was made at 09:30 to deliver your parcel, but no answer was received so it has been taken back. Rebook via: https://evr.i835926uk.com" But I'm not waiting for any package and the domain i835926uk.c"
