"Called saying they were from Lloyds bank regarding a loan I had applied for and wanted my details to report a fraud. They got aggressive when I told them I would contact my banks myself if needed."

"Pretended to be from immigration . Said to press 1 for English 2 for Chinese . I hit 1 and I heard a message in Chinese then a man spoke in Chinese. When I didn’t answer he said hello… i said hello and he put the phone down on me ! Had Called multiple times"

"Someone called saying his name was Harry but the accent didn't match. Said he was from Vodaphone. I put the phone down and he tried calling back .. ignored"

"Said they are solicitors who "got your number because of Housing Association repairs not being done" even though you have not contacted any legal people about this."

"Fraud. These Aholes wont give up. They ring upto 5 times a day. They new my name and asked "have I received my banking documents". I tell them nicely to stop but they keep calling every day!"

"Claimed to be from the fraud department of AMEX. I happen to know AMEX don't cold call, and I told them. The response was "this is a safe call and it is being recorded for your safety". I hung up after calling them a scam and then called AMEX directly. They confirmed that nobody has contacted me. When I called this number back the person gave me attitude and made snarky comments about trying to scam me."
