Fake transaction alert calls

"Automated/robocall ,said to phone my bank, as money taken out of account"

"Claimed to be from my bank/credit card . Said person had tried to spend £280 with Amazon in Aberdeen and tried to d/l the mobile app, I would receive a new card. Said I would get call from FCA next day as it was ID theft . Thought it odd the FCA would be calling me but was rushing out so agreed. Next day at agreed time bank impersonator called to check I was ready for the call - amber light went off . Then person purporting to be from FCA sent link ( which I clicked -doh ) wanted me to complete as Sum Up invoice for £2000 so they could 'immediately reimburse me' rather than waiting for the fraudulent standing order payment to go through and then be reimbursed.Pointed out this was totally illogical , after 5 mins of this FCA impersonator cut off.Now have a link on my mobile I need to get rid of."

"Claimed to be from my bank, initially an automated voice claiming to be from 'bank security department' and querying purported activity on my credit card. Then connected to a very poor quality line, couldn't make out what the scammer was saying, and told them so, and they quickly hung up."
