I messaged them and acted daft, and she got annoyed. She said she would call back in half an hour because I said I needed the toilet 😂 for the second time in 20 minutes."

I then asked the caller to tell me the name and post code of my property The caller stopped, nicely said she couldn't do that and would put me through to her advisor. At which point I said this was a scam and hung up."
