BT calls

"Caller claiming to be from 'BT Head Office' saying our copper wires were due to be 'switched off' and we needed to move to full fibre. When I told her we couldn't have full fibre because Openreach can't find a way to get it to us, she said that Openreach weren't the only ones who can do installations (absolute rubbish!) and that they could organise someone to do the installation. Told her that she didn't know what she was talking about and ended the call. Absolute spam!"

"An Asian guy automated call. They claimed to be from Open Reach - claimed equipment was faulty! Would BT Open Reach have a Vodafone number? I think this was a scam."
