Called saying he was from Octopus, our supplier at work. He said the postcode was incorrect on the last reading and wanted me to check the previous invoice. I said I couldn't do that and wasn't giving out any info. He was really pushy, so I hung up.
Called claiming to be from British Gas and said our post code was wrong which had caused an incorrect bill. Then they tried to get me to check our statement and share information. Scammers!!
Kept asking for our meter reading number, but wouldn't provide the account number to verify. SCAM!
They keep calling and are starting to get aggressive. After looking into this number, we found out it's a scam.
Someone called asking for accounts but I said no one was available so he hung up.
Another scam from low lifes. They said they were from a utility supplier. Got quite nasty when I asked questions. These people are scammers so don't be tricked.

Called pretending to be from Pozitive Energy, asking for invoice info and said they would overcharge us on the next bill because there was some mixup wiht another customer account.
Called saying they were from Octopus Energy about something to do with the meter. I asked for the department and extension number to call them back through the main number - they said they didn't have a contact extension... so I said.... bye!
Claimed to be from British Gas, in a very thick Indian Accent asked me for my meter serial number to she could put me on a better tarrif. When I asked which country she was calling from she said, UK.. so I asked which town she was calling from.. she then hung up.. oh well
Claimed to be from our energy provider Corona & said our MPAN number was muddled up on a billing spreadsheet and wanted to confirm our company details and contract end date.
