This was probably another call from 'The Energy Centre' who I am NOT INTERESTED IN AT ALL ! N.B. Giff Gaff Voicemail DEFAULT SETTING is 15 Seconds of RINGING then GOES to Voicemail ! Giff Gaff SHOULD CHANGE THIS TO & HAVE 30 SECONDS of RINGING then GOES to Voicemail ! Giff Gaff NEED to CHANGE their DEFAULT Voicemail Settings as 15 SECONDS OF RINGING BEFORE VOICEMAIL IS MUCH TOO SHORT, as nobody ever leaves a Voicemail, & 15 SEVONDS is FAR TOO SHORT a Time Duration, for ME, to be ABLE TO ANSWER A CALL ! N.B. I DON'T GO AROUND with MY Smartphone CLAPPED TO MY EAR !"

"tried to pressure renewal of accounts which are not up for renewal. Originally spoofed energy company number but call rejection on our telephone system revealed the true caller. tried to create urgency by giving deadline for auto renewal, and changed offered rates when this was missed. Other calls from other power companies offering rates reiterated story that our accounts were up for auto renewal that day. I ended up calling our supplier directly to confirm the status of our accounts. They were not up for renewal and no-one from that company had called us for over two months."

She said they were offering a free check for the over 60s - it would take 15 mins with a thermal camera around the house. She booked an appointment for the next day but I cannot find the company she called County Conservation Team Dorset anywhere online. We are in Wiltshire. I have tried to dial the number she called in on as a cold caller but it doesn't connect. I did agree to a surveyor coming to the house but if I cannot get through to her again to cancel it I won't let him in. It feels suspicious to me that they have a camera to go around a house by ringing out of the blue. Especially for an over 60 year old. Enticing you with a free survey."

Scottish Power contacted and confirmed they are scam numbers and not to share info, just block."
