Home Energy Survey calls

"They claimed to be from a company -a Home Assessment team. I put the phone down."

"Keep getting calls from this number (or similar) with the Glossop area code. Always want to ask 'a few simple household questions'. Not sure how they got my number but get a couple of calls a day"

I have tried to dial the number she called in on as a cold caller but it doesn't connect. I did agree to a surveyor coming to the house but if I cannot get through to her again to cancel it I won't let him in. It feels suspicious to me that they have a camera to go around a house by ringing out of the blue. Especially for an over 60 year old. Enticing you with a free survey."
