"Claimed to be from energy conservation providing energy ratings for a domestic house. She said they were offering a free check for the over 60s - it would take 15 mins with a thermal camera around the house. She booked an appointment for the next day but I cannot find the company she called County Conservation Team Dorset anywhere online. We are in Wiltshire. I have tried to dial the number she called in on as a cold caller but it doesn't connect. I did agree to a surveyor coming to the house but if I cannot get through to her again to cancel it I won't let him in. It feels suspicious to me that they have a camera to go around a house by ringing out of the blue. Especially for an over 60 year old. Enticing you with a free survey."
