They asked about any problems, like mould, damp and cracks. There was a delay when I spoke before they answered. I thought it was a scam, but he just repeated that he worked for the council etc. I asked who my Housing Association was, and he put the phone down."

It's why scammers do it.To help protect people AND help cut down the massive amount of scam calls texts and emails that come to the UK every day, all should be reported to the systems made to handle them. Right now, so few get reported that government numbers don't seem to show this is a big problem. That's just what scammers want! And blocking does nothing to stop scams. Blocks only stop that one number from calling YOUR phone. You WILL get called again from a different number"
