I answered and a bloke asked, "can you hear me?" I said yes, then there was total silence. I then said "hello" but it was still silent, so I put the phone down.
It started with “Can you hear me?” and then I waited in silence for around 15 seconds before they began to speak. I was about to hang up when they started talking again, so I didn't catch who they were.
