"Virgin Media."
"The caller had an Indian/Asian accent and talked very fast. When I asked what he wanted, he told me there was a problem with my "O2 Virgin Media" SIM card. It was obviously a scam. I told him this. Then he called me a "[profanity]" and hung up. What a nice person."

"They called, saying from Virgin Media O2, my SIM card was out of date, when I said I haven't used O2 for ten years they quickly hung up. Probably a scam to get details."
"Got a call on my home phone, saying they were 'Virgin Media'. They told me there were problems with my internet and they wanted to sort them out. I could tell it wasn't real as the woman sounded like she was reading from something and had a foreign accent. I could hear a man talking loudly in the background, saying the same thing to someone else. It was so loud I had to hang up quickly. I have reported the number and blocked the caller."

"Virgin Media trying to flog stuff from places like the Phillipines"
"Said they were calling from O2 and Virgin Media. They said O2 would be turning off 4G and they needed to send a new SIM tomorrow and then stop the old one. They never wanted my address which seemed strange because I use pay as you go and O2 don't have it. A quick search online shows O2 aren't turning off 4G so it's a scam. I let them talk and the sim replacement ended up with them wanting to send a code for me to call back over the phone. I refused and they asked why. I told them I didn't trust the call and they sighed and ended the call."
