"Claimed to be from Amazon This number just called me saying that they were called from Amazon and somebody had ordered an i-phone on my amazon account. I checked my account whilst on the call and said, "there are no transactions on my account from yesterday". She hung up at that point, I think it was a potential phishing scam."

"Asked for personal info Scammer Indian male called saying he was calling from my phone company to offer me a £200 refund. First he needed some identification details to process the refund . Then asked me what was the name of my bank. I knew where it was going from there so I gave him the name of any bank and hung up. Then blocked the number. As usual they will call back another day with a different number."
