Said they were from NatWest security, wanted bank details and tried to get you to authorise payments so they could "decline for you". When they didn't get what they wanted, they became abusive and hung up. They sound very legit, have hold music, and seem to know a lot already. Don't interact at all.
The number was in an email that looked like it was from Nat West. They mentioned closing my bank, so I hung up the phone.
