Unexpected dodgy call late afternoon Sunday 12/4/26. Probably a scam.
Pretended to be from Barclays - sent me texts that looked like Barclays and left a message.
Impersonating bank officials
I got a message about 3 recent payments and they called after - they left a voice message but it sounded automated - looked up the number and found this page so think its a scam even though they knew 2 payments today including how much, which is worrying
We are a charity and it was about fraud on an account from a former employee.
Person said they were from Barclays wanting to talk about payments from my mum's account. She didn't share any bank details, but after checking the number, I'm not sure if it's real, so I will talk to the bank to clarify.
