"This number has just called me, its probably spoofed. The female speaking was pretending she was from my BT Openreach. She had no idea what she was talking about. She told me that my IP address is public... well yes, your public IP address is always public lol. She was going to help me resolve it so that my IP address is private and cannot be seen from anybody online.. hahaha When I told her my ISP IP Address is supposed to be public, hence the name "Public IP Address", then she just hung up. AVOID doing anything that these scummy scammers try to get you to do on your computer, they will probably try to get a remote software installed on your machine and they will steal your details."
