"Automated/robocall..telling me that my card had over £100 taken off for a train ticket to Edinburgh. Obviously a scam. It gave me one or two options, one of which was to press 2 to speak to an advisor. I did so and a non English speaking guy picked up. He asked me why I was calling and I said he had called me and who was he. He became very hostile and repeated that I had called him. He then told me to f**ck off and that I was a wh**e. I didn’t get time to tell him exactly what I thought of him as he put the phone down. I tried to call back but it was an engaged sound. Later this evening I called again and he picked up. It sounded like the same guy ( can’t be sure) but he played dumb, said he didn’t know what a scam was,I advised him to change his number as I had reported him."
