Claimed to be from my bank BUT no bank was named [although mine is a 100% UK online banking only (no local/national branches exist) with no records of my landline phone number... hmmmm. Claiming "suspicious charges" made on my debit card!! - Yeah, RIGHT!!!"

"Felt like a scam. Rang off when answerphone kicked in. No message left except "Thank you for calling" , which is a typical call-centre robot scam call. 3rd such call in 5 days from different numbers operated by Core Telecom Ltd. and 9th such call from different numbers in 25 days. Time the Telecom companies that rent out/host these numbers were fined."
