"Cold Caller claimed their company had installed insulation some years ago and were now required to update the certificate and required access to the house. Knew name and address and said person would call following day. Caller was informed that the engineer would need to carry identification which would be checked by a police officer friend who was visiting me. No visit materialised so suspected attempt to access the building. Same number or similar call should be treated as dangerous A call back to this number showed number as unobtainable"
