"Soooooo rude! A man told me my cover for pipes and plumbing was running out and asked how the plumbing was doing. I told him it was all fine and then he said he would extend my cover for another year. I told him he hadnt asked me and he said he was going to cancel my policy and charge me a cancellation fee for being rude!! OMG - what kind of service is that. Clearly a scam and in a panic I cancelled my DD with Severn Trent Water!!"

"They called me even though I'm on TPS. I asked how he got my number. He said they had everyones number. I told him again about TPS and he told me "it does not matter as we legally have to do a mandatory loft inspection". Then told me I did not understand TPS."
