This was a scam (i.e.fraudulent) call on 29 July from someone purporting to be the 'Bank Security Department') claiming that two unusual transactions (for £99 and £799) had appeared on my account and asking me to press 1 to verify or 2 to speak to someone. As this was clearly a scam call (but still an offence under the Fraud Act 2006) I put the phone down. Claimed to be from my bank
