The number is from Sky. I got a text about a free upgrade to fibre and replied. They gave me an appointment for today. I called Sky because they missed the time, and they told me no booking was made. They said it wasn't one of their numbers, but when I booked the upgrade with Sky, the text to confirm it came through on this number.
