1 totalStated they were from Sky, not trying to sell anything, but worried about losing customers so wanted to give me a huge discount. Then wanted email address, which the person wanted me to spell, I mentioned that if she was from sky she would have my email, she stated she did have it, when i pushed she said she was from the marketing department and they didn't have my email address. I gave a wrong email address which she then confirmed as correct. Then wanted my postcode etc for DPD to deliver paperwork confirming the discount. Put me through to supervisor who confirmed he had all of my details before confirming that the email address I'd given was correct.. He put the phone down when I pointed this out
