Bot caller (AI voice) which claimed to be from a property management company for student housing and that I had reported "damp or mould in the property" which I hadn't. Initially was unsure whether it was a person or not but after obviously not saying the next correct phrase, it repeated the same phrase three times with no variation. I hung up after.
Usual Asian caller with suspicious and false name.
Pretends to be Property Housing Officer offering help with housing issues. Starts call with usual "how are you today"
At the same time each tuesday, i have been receiving spam calls. So this is the first time that I have not answered, but searched the number and it is flagged by numerous sites that it is definately spam.
Asked if there is damp or mould in property
AI bot calling about property damage issues that I don't have. Repeated the same script so I hung up.
Automated questions, voice and background noise of each line changes so you know its not a real person but separate recording patched together

7 reportsHow this score was worked out
Each report rates the number as safe, unknown, suspicious or spam. The score combines those ratings, giving more weight to clear scams, and each person counts once.
