A recorded man's voice spoke about loft insulation and didn't listen; a woman's voice came on when the person spoke. This is the 2nd call like this, the last one came from a different number. The number has now been blocked.

I told him to set a specific time for an appointment so I could have the police ready to check him for the hidden bottle of water he planned to pour on my loft insulation to say it was condensation from faulty materials and all that... He hung up quickly!
