"They claimed to be from a company and asked for my name and date of birth and how much i had. i got a message saying someone hacked into my bank and got given a number to call and sort it out. then i explained the situation to that number and as soon as they got my name and date of birth and the amount they hung up while i was mid sentence trying to explain that i froze my card straight away. i’ve never had anything like this so i thought it was real and now i don’t know if they have hacked into my card or not."
