She said they were offering a free check for the over 60s - it would take 15 mins with a thermal camera around the house. She booked an appointment for the next day but I cannot find the company she called County Conservation Team Dorset anywhere online. We are in Wiltshire. I have tried to dial the number she called in on as a cold caller but it doesn't connect. I did agree to a surveyor coming to the house but if I cannot get through to her again to cancel it I won't let him in. It feels suspicious to me that they have a camera to go around a house by ringing out of the blue. Especially for an over 60 year old. Enticing you with a free survey."

"I had two calls today from this number. Both times an automated voice left a message saying there has been transactions from your bank to Amazon and Zoom for £700+ from your account. This is unusual activity. If you want to stop this transaction press 1…, press 2 if…..’ Obviously a scam. There was no mention of who was calling, who they wanted to speak to, what account it was etc."
