I gave him a rough figure of £65 and he said he could reduce it to £47. Asked for my email, I said I was reluctant to give out any details. He said he's not asking for any banking details etc, but my concern would be links inside the emails / phishing. I said just send it to the email they have on file - he kept saying he couldn't do this as I needed to confirm it first. I said I'd ring in to arrange it - then he's saying well do you have the number for the promotional team as we all have different numbers - said I'd google it or just ring Sky and ask them to transfer me to the promo dept, challenged him surely they're able to transfer to you internally right? At this point he hung up!!!"

"I checked on 1471 what number called me on 3rd June 2026 at 1.06pm. Who is calling me does not appear on any screen, I don't have a screen. I was unable to answer the call but not expecting anyone to phone me today. This was the number 07709432615 and I do not know that number therefore it is likely a scammer. Be wary of it. Phone scammers frequently call and they are starting up again. Don't give them any of your details, don't speak to them, hang up."
