Sends a link for a car report £39.99 …(you can get these reports for under a tenner.) then says if it’s clear he’ll come right away and buy the car and add the report cost to the car. The moment you do the report he blocks you."
"Tried to scam me while I was selling a car. Asked me to click a link he’d send to check if the car was written off. Link looked really dodge and pricey. Checked the website, not a business email, head office in Pakistan, using a P.O. Box number in Devon. Claimed to live in Bridgend. Reported his business to Companies House and HMRC."
