Asking for security stuff like dob, address and details of other bank accounts. He wanted my mobile number and when I said no he wanted to put me through to their "fraud specialist" to verify my online account. When I told him I'd rather ring my bank's fraud department directly he said it would cost me but it's free if I go through him instead. I hung up."
