"I got an unexpected call from a Wisbech (01945) number. My phone (Google Pixel 9a) said it was suspected spam, but Wisbech is only about 50 miles North of here, and I don't know how good Google's spam detection is, so I carefully answered the call anyway. The person calling had a strong Indian/Pakistani accent. He must have heard the message on my phone which tells unknown callers that the call is being recorded, because he straight away asked, "Why are you recording the call?" I said, "Because it says you are a suspected spam caller." He then asked, "But why the fuck are you recording the call?", so I said again, "Because it says you are a suspected spam ..." and then he hung up. I've had to deal with such horrible people before when they were bothering my elderly neighbour who had dementia over many months, and this call had all the same signs (strong Indian/Pakistani accent, talking like they had a right to make demands, swearing when they didn't get their way) so I would think this call was Dangerous."
