Likely an automated system designed to dial potential numbers and hang up when one is an active line, they can then call you back on at a later date to try and scam you. Common method used today alongside hiding their real number behind a fake one, similar to VPN hiding your IP address. Be wary of either this number or any calls which do the same as this one."
