"This number 02046131961 keeps calling me every day. The person on the line has a foreign accent and says they are from a council housing repair service. But they wont say which council or company they are from and they wont tell you where they are based."

They should NOT be calling as I am registered on TPS. I VERY much doubt it is from a genuine energy adviser. I get masses of calls from various people claiming to be Energy Advisers."
