When I told her we couldn't have full fibre because Openreach can't find a way to get it to us, she said that Openreach weren't the only ones who can do installations (absolute rubbish!) and that they could organise someone to do the installation. Told her that she didn't know what she was talking about and ended the call. Absolute spam!"
