They knew my entire medical history, name, address, email, current life insurance provider and policy etc. Seemed like too much info to not be genuine. Wasn't pushy. After around 30 mins of him checking my medical background, by asking me if X had changed, he suggested a company called Scottish Widdows. Slightly more coverage, same price (as my health had increased since I took my original insurance out. - which it had) He then asked for the sort code and account number and only for me to cancel my own direct debit with my old provider, which is the only dodgy bit about it."
