Fake payment demand calls

"The caller had my full name and address.Said it was Homecare Services Accounts Depatrtment, and my Final reduced payment of £244.50 (Reduced from £360 ) was due today 01.10.2026 for covering all my electrical appliances. Wanted me to confirm myDebit card number 6771 by reading out the full number and the three digits. Said a notice was sent by POST in January 2026. Because I did not give any details today, he said I would now be charged the full amount of £360+ Late payment Charges. Asked him for his phone number so that I could ring him back. The callers number on my Landline shows 01326 771698. He then accused me of trying to evade the final payment."
