Said they were from a claims company named redwood collections but when I called the company they told me the name she gave me doesnt work there
Said they were collecting money for Pace and that I had made a verbal agreement with a construction magazine over the phone. She was rude and told me if I hung up it wouldnt look good in court. She sounded convincing though and got me worried.
Called and said bailiffs were going to come round, and pass it to the small claims court, because of unpaid advertising fees for PACE design. She was very rude, trying to scare us by reading from a script, saying she was from the national construction guide. Do not pay them any money, it's not legit.
Like the other person, they called to say that they were from a debt collection company. When I called the real debt collector, they told me it was a scam.
Had a call from a woman who said she was from redwood collections recovering money! Called redwood solutions myself and they said the phone number had been flagged loads of times. Just chancing their arm, DO NOT PAY THEM!!!
