But some of the stuff they were saying felt odd and the background noise sounded off. They said Scottish Power was the cheapest energy provider and then put me onto someone else who kept bombarding me with info. I hung up and I’ve had 4 missed calls from this number since, the last one being half an hour ago, which just seems really strange and desperate to me.."
