"This is the number I was given to call re a text msg supposedly sent me by IPSOS/NHS with a survey request. When I called it however there's no indication of who's behind the number - just a guy saying Thanks For Your Patience then endless dreary music. No one ever picks up. So I seriously doubt it's IPSOS or NHS. WTF's going on? IDK..."
