"If you're selling a car, got messages on WhatsApp asking normal stuff, then says can you do a car check as they’ve been conned before. Sends a link for a car report £39.99 …(you can get these reports for under a tenner.) then says if it’s clear he’ll come right away and buy the car and add the report cost to the car. The moment you do the report he blocks you."
