"Got a call from IFS on behalf of the Government to do with a payment survey. I told them we werent keen but they were very pushy and unclear about why they were calling."
"A man said he was from BT head office in London. He claimed that BT had a contract with the government to remove or replace phone lines and if we didn't act, we would lose the ability to make outgoing calls. He wouldn't provide his surname when I asked. He got rude and demanding, so I hung up on him."
