"Call from this number on 29th January at 14.40, it's a Bolton area code and the message was from a woman with a local accent. She didn't seem to know that she'd got the answerphone and went straight into her talk about being the energy advisor for my local area (which is not Bolton) and she thought I was the homeowner, was that right, then she ended the call."
