Knew name and address and said person would call following day. Caller was informed that the engineer would need to carry identification which would be checked by a police officer friend who was visiting me. No visit materialised so suspected attempt to access the building. Same number or similar call should be treated as dangerous A call back to this number showed number as unobtainable"
