"After a clunky connection, a lady with a southern English accent announced she was "Sarah, calling from the Home Assessment Team". I said immediately "Which home assessment team, from which organisation? " She replied with a script about referrals. Once again I did not get a straight answer to "Which organisation?", so blocked the number and hung up."
